The winner of the 5th edition of the Margres Architecture Award is already known.

The Risco Singular studio, presented the Santos House project that impressed the jury and is the big winner of this year's edition. The jury also attributed two honourable mentions: Housing Building, by RVDM Arquitetos and the international project Penrose Dock, by Frank O' Mahony, Wilson Architecture.

There were more than 25 projects in the competition, which proves the success, prestige and notoriety of the Margres Architecture Award.
